朱智宇教授治疗阳虚型肛门坠胀临证举要

Clinical Experience of Professor Zhu Zhiyu in the Treatment of Anal Distension of Yang Deficiency Type

肛门坠胀是肛肠科疾病的一种常见症状,亦是临床治疗的难点。肛门坠胀病因病机复杂,其临床表现与中医之“后重”“大肠胀”“肛坠”类似。朱智宇教授师从福建省名老中医余天泰,立足“脾肾阳虚、气虚下陷”病机,以“益气扶阳法”为主要治法,以“四逆汤合补中益气汤加减”为主方治疗阳虚型肛门坠胀,在临床上取得了良好的治疗效果。附验案1则以佐证。

Anal distension is a common symptom of anorectal diseases,and it is also a difficulty in clinical treatment. The etiology and pathogenesis of anal tenesmus are complex,and its clinical manifestations are similar to “tenesmus”,“large intestine distension” and “anal distension” in traditional Chinese medicine. Professor Zhu Zhiyu studied with Yu Tiantai,a famous veteran doctor of traditional Chinese medicine in Fujian Province. Based on the pathogenesis of “spleen-kidney yang deficiency and sinking of qi deficiency”,Professor Zhu Zhiyu took “therapy of benefiting yang and qi” as the main treatment method,and “Sini decoction combined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction” as the main prescription to treat anal distension of yang deficiency type,which has achieved good clinical results in clinical medicine.
