补阳还五汤结合针刀治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupotomy Combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type

目的 探求针刀结合补阳还五汤加减治疗椎动脉型颈椎病(CSA)的临床疗效。方法 将80例CSA患者随机分为观察组、对照组各40例。对照组予以针刀治疗。观察组给予针刀结合补阳还五汤加减。于治疗前、治疗后观察左、右椎动脉(LVA、RVA)、基底动脉(BA)的平均血流速度(Vm)改变、颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表(ESCV)并进行临床疗效评定。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,2组治疗后ESCV评分和LVA、RVA、BA的平均血流速度(Vm)均有显著改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善更为明显(P<0.05)。结论 针刀结合补阳还五汤加减可以改善椎动脉供血状况,改善患者临床症状。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupotomy combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type( CSA). Methods 80 patients with CSA were randomly assigned into the control group of 40 cases and the observation group of 40 cases. The control group was treated with acupotomy. The observation group was treated with acupotomy combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction. Mean velocity( Vm) of bilateral vertebral arteries( LVA,RVA) and basilar arteries( BA) were measured to evaluate the blood supply of vertebral arteries. The scores of symptom and function evaluation scale of cervical vertigo( ESCV) were observed in the two groups before and after treatment. Clinical effect in the two groups was also compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was which was better than the control group( P< 0. 05). The two groups showed significant improvements in ESCV scores and Vm of LVA,RVA and BA after the treatment( P< 0. 05). Of which the improvements in the treatment group were more significant( P< 0. 05). Conclusion Acupotomy combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction can effectively improve the blood supply of vertebral arteries. Acupotomy combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and are effective and safe for CSA.
