补阳还五汤联合个性化心理干预对老年缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能及炎症反应的影响

Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Personalized Psychological Intervention on Neurological Function and Inflammatory Reaction in Elderly Patients with Ischemic Stroke

目的 探讨补阳还五汤联合个性化心理干预对老年缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能及炎症反应的影响。方法 选取2018年12月—2020年12月收治的92例老年缺血性脑卒中患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(46例)和试验组(46例)。对照组常规治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上联合补阳还五汤治疗。2组均连续治疗14 d,并在治疗期间给予个性化心理干预。比较治疗后2组患者临床疗效,治疗前后炎性因子水平与神经功能。结果 治疗后,试验组临床总有效率较对照组高;2组治疗后NIHSS评分与血清IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平均比治疗前低,且试验组比对照组低;2组治疗后ADL评分均比治疗前高,且试验组比对照组高(均P<0.05)。结论 补阳还五汤联合个性化心理干预可使老年缺血性脑卒中患者的治疗效果提升,同时使其神经功能改善,减轻炎症反应。

Objective To explore the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with personalized psychological intervention on neurological function and inflammatory reaction in elderly patients with ischemic stroke. Methods 92 cases of elderly patients with ischemic stroke were selected and treated in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2020. According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group( 46 cases) and test group( 46 cases). The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,and the patients in the test group were treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for14 consecutive days. During the treatment,individualized psychological intervention was given until discharge. The clinical efficacy after treatment,neurological function and inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the clinical total effective rate of the test group was higher than the control group. Compared with before treatment,the NIHSS score and serum TNF-α,CRP,IL-6 levels of the two groups were decreased,and the test group was lower than the control group,the ADL scores of the two groups were increased,and the test group was higher than the control group( all P< 0. 05). Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with personalized psychological intervention can improve the treatment effect of elderly patients with ischemic stroke,improve the neurological function and reduce the inflammatory reaction.
