扶正化瘀散结汤联合平消片对直肠癌术后患者体液免疫功能及预后的影响

Effect of Fuzheng Huayu Sanjie Decoction Combined with Pingxiao Tablets on Humoral Immune Function and Prognosis of Patients after Rectal Cancer Surgery

目的 观察扶正化瘀散结汤联合平消片对直肠癌术后患者体液免疫功能及预后的影响。方法 以2019年3月—2020年3月收治的94例直肠癌术后患者为研究对象,依照区组随机分组法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组47例。对照组患者术后给予平消片进行治疗,观察组则在其基础上联合扶正化瘀散结汤进行治疗。观察治疗3个月后2组证候疗效,比较治疗前、治疗3个月后2组患者体液免疫功能[免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)],比较2组1年内无瘤生存期。结果 治疗3个月后,观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组IgA、IgM、IgG明显高于治疗前,且观察组明显高于对照组,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1年内,观察组平均无瘤生存期明显高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 扶正化瘀散结汤联合平消片能有效增强直肠癌术后患者体液免疫功能,并预防或延缓肿瘤复发,对患者预后有利。

Objective To observe the effect of Fuzheng Huayu Sanjie decoction combined with Pingxiao tablets on the humoral immune function and prognosis of patients with rectal cancer after surgery. Methods 94 patients with rectal cancer after surgery between March 2019and March 2020 were selected as the research subjects. According to the block randomized grouping method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 47 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with Pingxiao tablets after surgery,and patients in the observation group were combined with Fuzheng Huayu Sanjie decoction on this basis. The efficacy of syndromes of the two groups was observed after 3 months of treatment. The humoral immune function indicators [immunoglobulin A( Ig A),immunoglobulin M( Ig M),immunoglobulin G( Ig G) ] were compared between the two groups of patients before treatment and after 3months of treatment. The tumor-free survival time of the two groups was compared within 1 year. Results After 3 months of treatment,the effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group( P< 0. 05). The levels of Ig A,Ig M,and Ig G in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the levels were significantly higher in observation group than those in control group( P< 0. 05). Within 1 year after surgery,the average tumor-free survival time of observation group was significantly longer compared to that of control group(P<0. 5). Conclusion Fuzheng Huayu Sanjie decoction combined with Pingxiao tablets can effectively enhance the humoral immune function and prevent or delay the tumor recurrence of patients after rectal cancer surgery,and it is beneficial to the prognosis of patients.
