多元化中医康复训练对胫骨平台骨折术后恢复及膝关节功能的影响

Effect of Diversified Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Training on Postoperative Recovery of Tibial Plateau Fracture and Knee Joint Function

目的 探讨多元化中医康复训练对胫骨平台骨折术后恢复及膝关节功能的影响。方法 选取收治的93例胫骨平台骨折患者,根据随机数学表法将上述患者分为对照组(46例)和研究组(47例)。对照组给予常规功能锻炼,研究组给予多元化中医康复训练,比较2组优良率、并发症发生情况。采用健康调查简表(SF-36)评价患者生活质量,采用Lysholm评分量表评价患者膝关节功能,行侧位X线检查测量胫骨平台后倾角。结果 研究组干预后临床优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组干预后屈曲能力、疼痛、行走能力、肿胀评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组干预后社会功能、认知功能、躯体功能、情绪功能评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者干预后胫骨平台后倾角均增大,但研究组小于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组干预期间的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 多元化中医康复训练应用于胫骨平台骨折术后康复治疗中,疗效确切,可有效促进患者恢复,减少并发症发生情况,同时还可改善患者生活质量,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of diversified traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation training on postoperative recovery of tibial plateau fracture and knee joint function. Methods 93 patients with tibial plateau fractures admitted to our hospital were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group( n = 46) and study group( n = 47). The control group was given routine functional training,and the study group was given diversified traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation training. The excellent and good rate and complications of the two groups were compared. The MOS item short from health survey( SF-36) was used to evaluate the quality of life of the patients,Lysholm was used to evaluate the knee joint function of the patients,and lateral X-ray was used to measure the tibial plateau caster angle. Results The clinical excellent and good rate of the study group was higher than the control group( P< 0. 05). The flexion ability,pain,walking ability and swelling scores of the two groups increased after intervention,and the study group was higher than the control group( P< 0. 05). After intervention,the scores of social function,cognitive function,physical function and emotional function in the two groups increased,and the study group was higher than the control group( P< 0. 05). The tibial plateau caster angle of the two groups increased after intervention,but the study group was smaller than the control group( P< 0. 05). The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group( P< 0. 05). Conclusion Diversified traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation training is applied to the postoperative rehabilitation treatment of tibial plateau fracture has definite curative effect,can effectively promote the recovery of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the quality of life of patients. It has certain clinical application value.
