耳穴埋豆联合脐部敷贴护理对维持性血液透析患者便秘的影响

Effect of Auricular Point Pressing Combined with Umbilical Sticking Nursing on Constipation in Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis

目的 探讨耳穴埋豆联合脐部敷贴护理对维持性血液透析患者便秘的影响。方法 选择83例2019年3月—2021年12月在大同市第五人民医院就诊的维持性血液透析便秘患者,选用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各41、42例,对照组予以饮食干预、运动指导等常规护理,观察组在常规护理上施加耳穴埋豆联合脐部敷贴护理,比较2组护理效果。结果 观察组护理后每周排便次数多于对照组(P<0.05),每次如厕时间和排便间隔均短于对照组(P<0.05);症状积分和PAC-QOL评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),胃肠道活动指标高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 耳穴埋豆联合脐部敷贴护理对维持性血液透析患者便秘有较好的效果,可改善患者胃肠活动,促进排便,减轻便秘程度,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of auricular point pressing combined with umbilical sticking nursing on constipation in patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods A total of 83 cases of constipation patients with maintenance hemodialysis treated in the Fifth People’s Hospital of Datong from March 2019 to December 2021 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in the control group and 42 cases in the observation. The patients in control group were given routine nursing such as diet intervention and exercise guidance,while the patients in observation group were given routine nursing with auricular point pressing combined with umbilical sticking nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing,the weekly defecation times of the observation group were more than those of the control group( P< 0. 05),and the time to go to the toilet and the defecation interval of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group( P< 0. 05). Symptom score and PAC-QOL score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group( P< 0. 05),and gastrointestinal activity index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group( P< 0. 05). Conclusion Auricular point pressing combined with umbilical sticking nursing has a good effect on constipation in patients with maintenance hemodialysis,which can improve gastrointestinal activity,promote defecation,the degree of constipation and the quality of life.
