Clinical Exploration of Xiehuang Powder in Pediatrics

泻黄散又名泻脾散,是钱乙五脏补泻方中的泻脾方,有泻脾胃蕴热之功。当代小儿多食肥甘味厚或煎炸等煿炽之品,脾胃蕴热者甚多,加之阳明胃经多气多血,故脾胃蕴热易致气热、血热;且肺朝百脉,故脾胃蕴热易致使生成肺脾胃蕴热之局,笔者临床用于小儿外感咳嗽、针眼、鼻窒等疾病进行加减运用,可取得良好的临床效果。

Xiehuang powder,also known as Xiepi powder,is one of Qian Yi’s five viscera reinforcing and reducing prescriptions,which has the function of reducing spleen and stomach heat accumulation. Nowadays,children often eat fat,sweet,thick or fried products,and there are many cases of heat accumulation in the spleen and stomach. In addition,Yangming’s stomach meridian is rich in qi and blood,so heat accumulation in the spleen and stomach is easy to cause qi heat and blood heat;And the lung toward the pulse,so the spleen and stomach heat is easy to cause the formation of lung spleen and stomach heat,the author used in children with exogenous cough,hordeolum,nose suffocation and other diseases,often can obtain good clinical effect.
