A Study on the Social Integration Path Of Network Delivery Staff in Jilin Province during the Urbanization of Agricultural Population

网约配送员已成为城市社会结构的重要组成部分之一,加快推进农业转移人口市民化进程中网约配送员全面融入社会意义重大。本文通过分析政府、企业、个人在促进网约配送员社会融入中所发挥的作用,分别从深化户籍制度改革和消除体制性障碍,推动健全新就业形态劳动保障法律制度,细化薪酬福利制度和员工关怀方案,完善员工培训体系和提高员工培训针对性,消除和弱化城市居民的偏见与歧视,加强社会联系拓展社会关系网络等方面提出吉林省网约配送员社会融入的路径。

Internet delivery staff has become one of the important components of the urban social structure.In accelerating the process of citizenization of the agricultural transfer population,the full integration of Internet delivery staff into society is of great significance.This paper analyzes the role played by the government,enterprises and individuals in promoting the social integration of online delivery staff,respectively,from deepening the reform of the household registration system and removing institutional barriers,promoting the improvement of the new employment form of the labor security legal system,refining the salary and welfare system and the employee care program,improving the employee training system and improving the relevance of employee training,eliminating and weakening the prejudices and discrimination of urban residents,strengthening social ties and expanding the social relationship network and other aspects of the path of social integration of online delivery staff in Jilin Province.
