摘要
为顺应信息时代大数据、智能化、信息化对审计工作的现实需求,培养具有大数据、信息化、云计算等新一代信息技术背景的复合型审计人才迫在眉睫。当前高校审计专业人才培养滞后于社会需求,为提升大数据与审计专业人才的职业技能,需重构审计专业人才培养目标,创新专业人才培养模式,重塑大数据与审计专业课程体系,完善实践教学体系,加强课证融通,提升师资团队能力。
In order to meet the realistic needs of big data,intelligence and informatization in the information age,it is urgent to cultivate a new generation of composite auditing talents with big data,informatization,cloud computing and other information technology backgrounds.At present,the training of auditing professionals in universities lags behind the needs of society.In order to improve the professional skills of big data and auditing professionals,it is necessary to restructure the training objectives of auditing professionals,innovate the professional talent training model,reshape the big data and audit professional curriculum system,improve the practical teaching system,strengthen the curriculum integration,and improve the faculty team capabilities.
