基于演化博弈的电力征信商业模式研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着信用体系的建设的不断发展和完善,征信业务由传统征信向大数据征信发展转变,将电力数据引入国家征信体系生成了电力数据征信产品。如何选择电力数据征信产品的商业模式?假设电网公司与金融机构为有限理性,运用演化博弈理论,建立电网公司和金融机构关于电力数据征信产品商业模式的动态模型。通过对该模型的演化分析,给出电网公司与金融机构关于电力数据征信产品商业模式的演化趋势。电网公司与金融机构两群体经过长期演化,系统最终趋于两种稳定的策略,即(模式A,合作)与(模式B,合作),金融机构愿意将电力数据征信服务并入银行的业务体系。研究表明满足相应的参数条件电网公司可以得到不同商业模式选择策略,电网公司可以通过调解参数变化将条件来达到想要的稳定均衡,为电网公司做出最佳的策略决策提供了指导性的建议。 With the continuous development and improvement of the credit system,the credit business has changed from traditional credit to big data.How to choose the business model of power data credit products generated by introducing electric power data into the national credit information system is an urgent problem to be solved.Assuming that the Grid Corporation and financial institutions are bounded rationality,we used evolutionary game theory to establish a dynamic model of the Grid Corporation and financial institutions on the business model of power data credit products.Through the evolution analysis of this model,the evolution trend of the business model of power data credit products for Grid Corporation and financial institutions was given.After long-term evolution,power grid companies and financial institutions finally tend to choose two stable strategies,namely(mode A,cooperation) and(mode B,cooperation).Financial institutions are willing to incorporate power data credit services into the bank′s business system.The research shows that the power grid companies that meet the corresponding parameters can get different business model selection strategies,and the power grid companies can achieve the desired equilibrium strategy through parameter mediation.Thus providing guiding suggestions for power grid companies to make the best decision.
