结直肠癌病人积极心理体验质性研究的Meta整合

Qualitative researches on positive psychological experience of patients with colorectal cancer:a Meta-integration

目的:对当前国内外结直肠癌病人积极心理体验的质性研究进行Meta整合,探讨其积极心理的产生机制,为心理干预提供新的理论视角。方法:系统检索the Cochrane Library、PubMed、EMbase、Web of Science、CINAHL、ProQuest、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库从建库至2021年8月30日的相关结直肠癌造口病人积极心理体验的质性研究文献,采用澳大利亚循证卫生保健中心(JBI)质性研究质量评价标准(2017)评价文献质量,采用汇集性整合的方法进行结果整合。结果:共纳入10项研究,提炼出47个研究结果,归纳成7个类别,整合得到5个结果。整合结果1:接受现实,建立积极人生,重获生命价值感;整合结果2:个人成长,积极心理品质与自我能力提升;整合结果3:人际成长,寻求社会支持与珍惜人际情感;整合结果4:积极应对,提高健康意识与健康行为;整合结果5:增加宗教信仰。结论:现有证据表明,医护人员要及时识别和引导病人产生积极心理,充分激发个人本质潜能,加快病人身心健康的恢复,帮助其平稳回归社会。

Objective:To integrate the qualitative studies on the positive psychological experience of patients with colorectal cancer at home and abroad,explore the mechanism of its positive psychology and provide a new theoretical perspective for psychological intervention.Methods:Qualitative studies on positive psychological experience patients with colostomy for colorectal cancer were systematically searched from the Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMbase,Web of Science,CINAHL,ProQuest,CNKI,WanFang Database,VIP.The searched time was from the establishment of database to August 2021.The quality of the articles was evaluated by the Australian JBI Evidence-based Health Care Center Quality Evaluation Standard and the results were integrated by Integrative synthesis.Results:A total of 10 studies were included,the results of 87 studies were extracted,7 new categories were concluded and 5 integrated results were synthesized.Integration result 1:accept the reality,build positive cognition and regain the sense of life value.Integration result 2:personal growth,positive psychological and self-ability improvement.Integration results 3:interpersonal growth,seek social support and cherish interpersonal relationships.Integration results 4:active response,improve health awareness and health behavior.Integration results 5:increase religious belief.Conclusions:Current evidence shows that medical staff should identify and guide patients to produce positive psychology in time,stimulate individual essential potential,accelerate the recovery of physical and mental health and help them to return to society.
