摘要
教师、教材、教法改革是当前职业教育改革的一个重要领域,教师队伍建设改革是职业教育改革的重要内容。职业教育改革的3个方面互为支撑构成一个不可分割的整体,其中教法改革居于核心地位,决定了教师与教材改革的方向。开展教师队伍建设改革首先应研究教法改革对教师提出的新要求以及教师队伍现状与这个要求存在的差距,进而确定改革的具体路径:构建中国特色职业教育课程理论是教师队伍建设改革的指引;提高教师职业教育理论水平是教师队伍建设改革的前提;激励教师开展教研活动是教师队伍建设改革的基础;组织开展系统培训是教师队伍建设改革的保障;培养教师的校企合作能力是教师队伍建设改革的当务之急。
The reform of "teaching staffs, textbooks and teaching methods" is an important field of current vocational education reform and the reform of teaching staff construction is equally an important content of vocational education reform. The three aspects of the vocational education reform support each other and constitute an inseparable whole, among which the reform of teaching methodology occupies the core position and determines the direction of the reform of teaching staffs and teaching materials. To carry out the reform of teaching staffs construction, we should first study the new requirement of teaching methodology reform for teaching staffs and the gap between the current situation of teaching staffs and this requirement, and then determine the specific path of reform: constructing the curriculum theory of vocational education with Chinese characteristics is the guide of teaching staffs construction reform;improving the theoretical level of vocational education teachers is the prerequisite of the reform;encouraging teaching staffs to carry out teaching and research activities is the foundation of the reform;organizing and carrying out systematic training is the guarantee of the reform;and cultivating teaching staffs’ school-enterprise cooperation ability is a task of top priority.
