“三教”改革视域下高职院校家政服务与管理专业人才培养模式创新研究——以十堰地区为例

Innovation Research on Talents Training Mode of Home Economics Service and Management in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of “Three Education” Reform——Taking Shiyan area as an example

“三教”改革关乎高职院校教育教学质量,是专业高质量发展的保障。立足十堰家政行业产业发展、专业人才培养实际从高职院校“三教”改革面临困境出发,提出构建“五位一体”协作式教学团队,开发体现时代特色新形态教材,坚持职业导向教学模式等改革措施,以期全面提升家政服务人才培养质量。

The “three education” reform is related to the quality of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges,and is the guarantee of high-quality professional development.Based on the industry development of housekeeping industry in Shiyan,the reality of professional talent training and the difficulties faced by the “three education” reform in higher vocational colleges,this paper proposes to build a “five in one” collaborative teaching team,develop new forms of teaching materials that reflect the characteristics of the times,adhere to the career oriented teaching mode and other reform measures,in order to comprehensively strengthen the training quality of housekeeping service talents.
