石油化工多层管廊管道布置的配管设计方案研究

Research on Piping Design Scheme of Multi-layer Pipe Gallery Piping Arrangement in Petrochemical Industry

伴随中国综合国力增强,石油产品需求量逐渐扩大,管廊作为重要连接通道,探索多层管廊的管道布置方案具有重要意义。结合多层管廊在管道布置方面的配管方案,分析了石油化工多层管廊立体维度布置,探讨了影响石油化工多层管廊管道布置的设计因素,同时提出了石油化工多层管廊重要管道布置的配管设计方案。从多层管廊管道的布置方案和管廊的补偿设计等方面展开论述,为石油化工多层管廊管道布置的配管设计方案提供参考和借鉴,从而提高多层管廊管道布置方案的优越性,为后续检修维护带来便捷性,为石油化工生产运输提供安全性。

With the enhancement of China’s comprehensive national strength and the gradual expansion of the demand for petroleum products,the pipe gallery is an important connection channel,and it is of great significance to explore the pipeline layout scheme of the multi-layer pipe gallery.Combined with the piping scheme of the multi-layer pipe gallery in terms of pipeline arrangement,the three-dimensional layout of the petrochemical multi-layer pipe gallery is further analyzed,and the design factors affecting the pipeline layout of the petrochemical multi-layer pipe gallery are discussed.At the same time,the petrochemical multi-layer pipe gallery is proposed.Piping design scheme for important piping arrangements.This paper discusses the layout scheme of the pipeline in the multi-layer pipe gallery and the compensation design of the pipe gallery.Therefore,the superiority of the multi-layer pipe gallery pipeline arrangement scheme is improved,which brings convenience for subsequent maintenance and maintenance,and provides safety for petrochemical production and transportation.
