摘要
在钛白粉生产环节应用钛液结晶工艺,从真空结晶、冷冻结晶以及连续冷冻结晶等方面实现工艺的优化,尽可能减少钛白粉生产期间的污染物,不断强化酸碱介质使用效果,减低能耗。根据钛液结晶过程,阐述以上三种结晶工艺,突出工艺技术优势,采用自主设计与研发的方式为钛液结晶工艺技术的推广与应用创造有利条件。
The titanium liquid crystallization process is applied in the production of titanium dioxide,and the optimization of the process is realized from the aspects of vacuum crystallization,freezing crystallization and continuous freezing crystallization,so as to reduce the pollutants during the production of titanium dioxide as much as possible,and continuously strengthen the use effect of acid and alkali medium.,reduce energy consumption.According to the crystallization process of liquid titanium,the above three crystallization processes are described,the advantages of process technology are highlighted,and the method of independent design and research and development is used to create favorable conditions for the promotion and application of liquid titanium crystallization technology.
