摘要
对聚氨酯改性丙烯酸酯涂层的化学性能进行介绍,然后通过实验方式,利用正硅酸乙酯、甲基三乙氧基硅烷合成聚氨酯改性丙烯酸酯预聚物,再用UV光固化设备在BOPET薄膜上制备。结果表明,正硅酸乙酯剂量与涂层硬度成反比,与附着力、柔韧性成正比;涂层厚度与散射曲线成正比关系,在涂层厚度为最大值时,薄膜出现峰值;在稀硫酸中浸泡7d后没有出现褶皱、发白等情况,说明耐酸碱性较强,且改性丙烯酸酯涂层的力学、耐水、耐腐蚀性能均相对较强。
In this paper,the chemical properties of polyurethane-modified acrylate coatings are introduced,and then the polyurethane-modified acrylate prepolymers are synthesized by using ethyl orthosilicate and methyltriethoxysilane through experiments,and then UV light is used.The curing equipment is fabricated on BOPET film.According to the research results,the dosage of tetraethyl orthosilicate is inversely proportional to the hardness of the coating,and proportional to the adhesion and flexibility;the coating thickness is proportional to the scattering curve,and the film peaks when the coating thickness is the maximum value;After soaking in dilute sulfuric acid for 7 days,no wrinkles,whitening,etc.appeared,indicating that the acid and alkali resistance was strong,indicating that the mechanical,water resistance and corrosion resistance of the modified acrylate coating were relatively strong.
