聚氨酯合成革产品因其良好的物理化学性能、绿色环保、美观大方和良好的触感,在革产品市场上逐渐占据了一席之地,广受好评。我国在聚氨酯合成革产品的生产研发方面都努力开拓,优化生产过程、工艺规范、设施设备,特别将重心放在清洁生产和节能工作方面。采取专用物料运输通道、自动化生产、封闭车间等清洁生产措施,有效降低生产过程中产生的有毒有害气体废料。不仅减少了生产过程对操作人员健康的影响,也减少了环境污染问题。同时,让废气在涂台和烘干设备处挥发,并安装通风管道吸风罩等,引入自动化生产设备,避免溶剂挥发,可将溶剂回收,降低能耗。

Polyurethane synthetic leather products have gradually occupied a place in the leather product market because of their good physical and chemical properties,green environmental protection,beautiful appearance and good touch,and are widely praised.my country has made great efforts to develop the production and research of polyurethane synthetic leather products,optimize the production process,process specifications,facilities and equipment,and especially focus on clean production and energy saving.Clean production measures such as special material transportation channels,automated production,and closed workshops are adopted to effectively reduce the toxic and harmful gas fertilizers produced in the production process.It not only reduces the impact of the production process on the health of operators,but also reduces the problem of environmental pollution.At the same time,let the waste be released at the coating table and drying equipment,install ventilation ducts and suction hoods,etc.,and introduce automatic production equipment to avoid solvent volatilization,which can recover the solvent and reduce energy consumption.
