以培养创新型人才为目标的高校化学实验教学改革

Reform of Chemistry Experiment Teaching in Colleges and Universities Aiming at Cultivating Innovative Talents

随着我国社会经济的发展,社会对人才的需求也发生了改变,对创新型人才的需求也日愈强烈。高校作为专业人才的重要阵营,必须要以培养创新型人才为目标进行专业化、科学化的教学改革,进而才能为提高高校创新型人才培养质量提供保障。高校化学教师在化学实验教学实践时也要基于以培养创新型人才为目标,通过化学实验教学来提高学生化学基础知识,培养其化学实验设计能力,为培养学生创新意识与能力提供保障。对培养创新型人才为目标的高校化学教学改革进行阐述,以期提高高校培养创新型化学专业人才质量。

With the development of my country’s social economy,the society’s demand for talents has also changed,and the demand for innovative talents has become increasingly strong.As an important camp of professional talents,colleges and universities must carry out professional and scientific teaching reform with the goal of cultivating innovative talents,so as to provide guarantee for improving the quality of innovative talents training in colleges and universities.College chemistry teachers should also aim at cultivating innovative talents in the practice of chemistry experiment teaching,and should improve students’ basic knowledge of chemistry and cultivate their chemistry experiment design ability through chemistry experiment teaching,so as to provide a guarantee for cultivating students’ innovative consciousness and ability.This article expounds the reform of chemistry teaching in colleges and universities by cultivating innovative talents,in order to provide more references for improving the quality of cultivating innovative chemistry professionals in colleges and universities.
