摘要
浸没燃烧式气化器(SCV)主要利用天然气燃烧加热水浴间接气化低温的液化天然气(LNG),是LNG接收站冬季应急调峰的关键设备之一。氮氧化物(NO_(X))是SCV燃烧烟气的主要污染物,随着国内环保标准日益严格,天津市已建项目和新建项目的SCV污染物排放NO_(X)浓度从2022年11月1日起均要执行50mg/Nm^(3)限值。根据国产低氮SCV在中石化某LNG接收站的调试和工程应用情况,监测其烟气排放污染物的含量,并考察国产低氮SCV在LNG接收站长期运行的设备性能。通过与进口SCV的排放和能耗对比,得出国产低氮SCV较进口SCV节能、烟气排放达标,可满足LNG接收站生产外输和最新环保标准要求。
Submerged Combustion Vaporizer (SCV) mainly uses natural gas to burn and heat water bath to indirectly gasify low-temperature liquefied natural gas (LNG).Nitrogen oxide NO_(X)X is the main pollutant of SCV combustion flue gas.With the increasingly strict domestic environmental protection standards,the NO_(X)X emission concentration of SCV pollutants from existing projects and new projects in Tianjin will be implemented from November 1,2022.50mg/Nm^(3) limit.According to the debugging and engineering application of domestic low-nitrogen SCV in an LNG receiving station of Sinopec,the content of pollutants in the flue gas emission is monitored,and the equipment performance of domestic low-nitrogen SCV in the LNG receiving station for long-term operation is investigated.By comparing the emissions and energy consumption with imported SCVs,it is concluded that domestic low-nitrogen SCVs are more energy-efficient than imported SCVs,and their flue gas emissions meet the standards,which can meet the requirements of LNG terminal production and export and the latest environmental standards.
