摘要 介绍基于网络技术的数控机床远程监控与数据管理系统结构及实现方法。以C#语言设计并开发了一种基于OPC UA通信协议的本地机床加工监控客户端,实现了机床OPC UA服务器与本地监控系统的连接,对服务器中节点数据进行读取、写入,以订阅的方式实现对机床加工工艺参数、电流、电压和PLC信号等机床内部状态数据的实时监控;开发了监控数据库,可实现对监控数据的管理。最后采用PHP语言和ThinkPHP框架搭建了机床远程监控网站,用户可远程监控和管理机床内部状态数据。该软件具有更好的开放性,能够很好地与具有OPC UA接口的数控系统连接,能够较好地解决数控系统“信息孤岛”的问题,对提高机床智能化、数据可视化和网络化有实际应用意义。 The structure and implementation method of the remote monitoring and data management system for CNC machine tools based on network technology were introduced.A local machine tool processing monitoring client based on OPC UA communication protocol was designed and developed in C#language,by which the connection between the machine tool OPC UA server and the local monitoring system was realized,and the node data in the server were read and wrote,real-time monitoring to the machine tool internal state data such as machine tool processing parameters,current,voltage and PLC signals was realized by means of subscription.A monitoring database was developed to realize the management of monitoring data.PHP language and ThinkPHP framework were used to build a machine tool remote monitoring website,and users could remotely monitor and manage the internal state data of the machine tool.The software has better openness,can be well connected with the CNC system with OPC UA interface,can better solve the problem of the“information island”of the CNC system,and is practical for improving the intelligence,data visualization and networking of the machine tool.
