摘要
风电轴承包括风电机组的偏航轴承、变桨轴承、主轴承,属于风电机组的关键部件。风电轴承的出厂游隙、摩擦力矩、空载温升是影响其运行性能的重要指标。精确测量轴承的游隙、摩擦力矩、空载温升,可定量分析轴承设计制造的一致性,保证后续装机使用的可靠性;因此,设计一套专用的风电轴承功能测试系统,实现风电轴承的出厂游隙、摩擦力矩、空载温升的测试,可验证风电轴承的设计与制造的可靠性。
The bearing of wind turbine includes yaw bearing,pitch bearing and main bearing,which are the key components of wind turbine.The factory clearance,friction torque and no-load temperature rise of wind turbine bearing are important indexes that affect its operation performance.Accurate measurement of bearing clearance,friction torque and no-load temperature rise can quantitatively analyze the consistency of bearing design and manufacture,and ensure the reliability of subsequent installation.A special wind turbine bearing function test system was designed to test the factory clearance,friction torque and no-load temperature rise of the wind turbine bearing,and verified the reliability of design and manufacture of the wind turbine bearing.
