附属医院医学本科生“创新创业”实践教育探析

Ananalysis of“innovation and entrepreneurship”practical education for medical undergraduates in affiliated hospitals

在大力开展医学本科生创新创业教育过程中,医学院附属医院是其中重要一环。江汉大学附属黄陂区人民医院构建了以“岗位创新、专业知识”为基础,以“新业务、新技术”为依托的人才培养模式,让学生走进临床、走进课题。通过三阶段训练法,激发了学生创新创业兴趣、培养了学生创新创业思维、提高了学生创新创业能力。

In the process of vigorously carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education for medical undergraduates,hospitals affiliated with medical schools are an important part of it.The Huangpi District People’s Hospital affiliated to Jianghan University has built a talent training model based on“job innovation and professional knowledge”and“new business and new technology”to bring students into contact with the clinic and into the subject.The three-stage training method has stimulated students’interest in innovation and entrepreneurship,cultivated their innovative and entrepreneurial thinking,and improved their innovative and entrepreneurial ability.
