摘要
应用教育环境评估量表(DREEM)评价我院康复医学科基于翻转课堂的住院医师规范化培训临床教学改革的效果。自2016级至2019级共纳入46名康复医学专业住院医师规范化培训学员。测量学员在第一教学季(4个月)后对于实验组(教学改革季,2016级与2018级,每3次传统授课后有1次翻转课堂)及对照组(传统教学季,2017级与2019级,每组4次课程均为传统授课)临床教育环境的认知。量表总平均分(150.6±21.8)分。实验组学术分量表得分显著优于对照组。对照组中的2019级量表总分、学习分量表和教师分量表得分显著优于2017级。翻转课堂可显著提升住培学员在学术方面的自我认知,科室及教师的投入可提高学员对学习和教师的认知。DREEM量表能够有效反映改革中的教育环境,值得进一步开展相关研究。
To apply the dundee ready education environment measure(DREEM)in the evaluation of the clinical education reform project of flipped classroom in the department of rehabilitation medicine,Zhejiang Provincial People’s Hospital,and to provide some factual basis and supports for the following project.A total of 46 Rehabilitation residents were enrolled from 2016 to 2019.The perceptions of the clinical education environment in the two groups including experimental group(education reform season,2016&2018,3 lecture-based learning followed by 1 flipped classroom)and control group(lecture-based learning season,2017&2019,all the 4 classes in each of the 8 unit were lecture-based learning)were evaluated after their first learning season(4 months).The mean total score was(150.6±21.8).The score of academic self-perception in experimental group was higher than that in control group with statistical significance.Within control group,the total score and the scores of students’perceptions of learning and teachers were higher in 2019 than those in 2017 with statistical significance.It was demonstrated that the flipped classroom would help improve the academic self-perception of the residents,and the investment of the department and the teachers would help improve the total perception,the perceptions of learning and teachers.The scale of DREEM would be worth studying further since it was shown effective in the evaluation of the reforming education environment.
