摘要
目的:探讨Mini-CEX评估量表用于临床医学八年制医学生在儿科临床实习阶段培训和考核的评价。方法:根据Mini-CEX评估量表的内容,对在普通儿科病房临床实习的八年制临床医学生进行针对性培训,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组完成Mini-CEX评估量表的评价和传统考核内容,对照组完成传统考核内容。结果:两组间传统考核成绩差异无统计学意义(P=0.685)。Mini-CEX评估量表的评价中,所有评估项目的平均分>8分。结论:Mini-CEX评估量表在临床医学八年制儿科实习阶段的培训和考核中具有较高的应用价值,是有效的教学指导和临床评估工具。
Aims:To investigate the evaluation of Mini-CEX for the training and examination of eight-year medical students in pediatric clinical practice.Methods:According to the Mini-CEX assessment scale,the eight-year program medical students in the general pediatric ward of Peking University Third Hospital received targeted training.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group completed the assessment of the Mini-CEX and the traditional test,while the control group completed the traditional assessment.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in the average score of traditional examination(P=0.685).In the evaluation of the Mini-CEX,the average score of all items was>8.Conclusions:The Mini-CEX has a high application value in the training and assessment of the eight-year program medical students in pediatrics,and is an effective teaching guidance and clinical assessment tool.
