摘要
目的:探讨骨外科临床实习带教中将思维导图与PBL两种教学方法联合应用的教学效果。方法:以临床医学专业学生为研究对象,对照组采取传统实习教学法,实验组采取思维导图与PBL结合的教学方法,对两组学生进行调查问卷分析,并对实践技能成绩及基本理论成绩进行统计学分析。结果:两组实习生专业理论成绩和专业操作成绩差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组问卷调查得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组均优于对照组。结论:思维导图结合PBL的教学方法在骨外科临床实习带教中可取得良好的效果。
Objective:To explore the teaching effect of combining mind mapping and PBL teaching methods in orthopedics preceptorship.Methods:Taking the students majoring in clinical medicine as the research objects,control group adopted the traditional practice teaching method,while experimental group adopted the combination of mind mapping and PBL teaching method.Questionnaire analysis was conducted on the students of the two groups,and statistical analysis was conducted on the scores of practical skills and basic theory.Results:There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in professional theoretical achievements and professional operational achievements(P<0.05),and there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in questionnaire scores(P<0.05).The experimental group was superior to control group.Conclusion:Mind mapping combined with PBL teaching method can achieve good results in orthopedics preceptorship.
