摘要
目的:探讨医学基础课多元化教学方法与传统教学方法的效果差异。方法:以一年级入学平均成绩基本一致的同专业两个班作为研究对象,分为实验组(n=59)与对照组(n=55),同一门医学基础课程分别用多元化和传统教学方法对两个班授课,对结课考试答卷得分进行分析。结果:多元化教学方法效果总体优于传统教学方法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但同一教学方法用于不同教学内容效果不同。结论:多元化教学方法效果具有优势,教师应依据课程内容及目标要求灵活选择课堂教学方法。
Objective:To explore the difference in effects between the diversified teaching method and the traditional teaching method of medical basic course.Methods:Two classes of the same major with basically the same average score in the first grade were taken as the experimental group(n=59)and the control group(n=55).The two classes of the same basic medical course were taught with diversified teaching method and traditional teaching method respectively,and the scores of the final exam were analyzed.Results:The effect of diversified teaching method was better than traditional teaching method,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But the same teaching method has different effects in different teaching contents.Conclusion:Diversified teaching method has advantages.Teachers should flexibly choose classroom teaching methods according to the curriculum content and objectives.
