摘要
本试验利用非靶向代谢组学的方法,研究了Ca^(2+)胁迫下萌发的越南槐种子代谢谱的变化。结果表明,在不同浓度的Ca^(2+)胁迫下,越南槐种子萌发过程中采取不同的代谢策略应对胁迫。CaCl_(2)溶液在0、50 mmol/L下萌发种子有36种差异表达代谢物,0、100 mmol/L下萌发种子有14种差异表达代谢物,50、100 mmol/L下萌发种子有24种差异表达代谢物。这些代谢产物主要参与异黄酮和类黄酮代谢、脂质代谢和有机酸代谢。
In this study, we investigated changes in metabolic profiles of germinated seeds of S. tonkinensis in response to Castress by using an untargeted metabolomics approach. Results suggested that seeds of S. tonkinensis played different metabolic strategies in response to different concentrations of Castress during germination. There were 36 differential metabolites of germinated seeds under 0 mmol/L CaCl_(2)and 50 mmol/L CaCl_(2), 14 differential metabolites of germinated seeds under 0 mmol/L CaCl_(2)and 100 mmol/L CaCl_(2), 24 differential metabolites of germinated seeds under 50 mmol/L CaCland 100 mmol/L CaCl_(2). These metabolites were mainly involved in isoflavonoid and flavonoid metabolism, lipid metabolism, and organic acids metabolism.
