山羊ERBB2和SLC38A6基因多态性与产羔性能的关联分析

摘要 本研究旨在分析erb-b2受体酪氨酸激酶2(erb-b2 receptor tyrosine kinase 2,ERBB2)基因和溶质载体家族38成员6(Solute carrier family 38 member 6,SLC38A6)基因的多态性与云上黑山羊产羔性能的关联性。利用Sequenom MassARRAY■SNP技术对ERBB2的2个候选位点和SLC38A6的5个候选位点进行分型,探索其在云上黑山羊(n=544)、济宁青山羊(n=133)和辽宁绒山羊(n=91)3个群体中的遗传学特征,并分析其与云上黑山羊产羔性能(包括产羔数、初生窝重和断奶窝重)的关联性。结果表明,SLC38A6基因的g.29989006G>C和g.29990264T>C位点在不同繁殖力品种中的基因型分布存在极显著差异(P<0.01),ERBB2基因的2个候选位点和SLC38A6基因的5个候选位点对产羔数、初生窝重和断奶窝重均无显著影响(P>0.05),可见2个基因的7个候选位点均不适合作为云上黑山羊产羔性能的潜在分子标记。 This study was performed to analyze the association between the polymorphism of erb-b2 receptor tyrosine kinase 2(ERBB2)and solute carrier family 38 member 6(SLC38A6)genes and kidding performance of Yunshang black goats.Sequenom MassARRAY■SNP system was used for genotyping of the seven candidate loci of ERBB2 and SLC38A6,of which the genetic characteristics of Yunshang Black goat(YS,n=544),Jining Grey goat(JN,n=133)and Liaoning Cashmere goat(LN,n=91)were explored,and whose association with kidding performance including litter size,litter weight at birth and at weaning was also analyzed.The genotype distributions of two candidate loci(g.29989006G>C and g.29990264T>C)of SLC38A6 gene in breeds with different fecundity were extremely significantly different(P<0.01).The association analyses of YS showed no significant effects of two loci at ERBB2 and five loci at SLC38A6 on litter size,and of all loci on litter weight at birth and weaning(P>0.05).These results suggested that the seven loci at ERBB2 and SLC38A6 were unsuitable for using as potential genetic markers in YS.
