人工老化对不同含水量西洋参种子生理生化指标的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本研究采用高温人工老化法处理不同含水量(3.27%、5.43%和8.44%)的西洋参种子,探究人工老化过程中含水量对种子生理生化指标的影响,揭示种子老化的生理生化机制,确定贮藏西洋种子的适宜含水量,为西洋参种子贮藏提供理论和技术参考。研究结果表明,随着老化时间的延长,西洋参种子的发芽率、发芽势、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均呈下降趋势,且种子含水量越高下降幅度越大;含水量为3.27%和5.43%的种子可溶性糖含量呈下降趋势,含水量为8.44%的种子可溶性糖含量呈先下降后上升的趋势;西洋参种子相对电导率、丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧阴离子(O2-)产生速率呈上升趋势,且种子含水量越高上升幅度越大;含水量低的种子抗氧化能力相对较强,更能抵御不良环境的刺激,含水量的3.27%的种子适宜贮藏。 In this study, American ginseng seeds with different water content(3.27%, 5.43% and 8.44%) were treated by the high temperature artificial aging method to explore the effect of water content on the physiological and biochemical indexes of seeds during the artificial aging process, revealing the physiological and biochemical mechanisms of seed aging, and to determine the storage. The suitable water content of seeds provide a theoretical and technical reference for the storage of American ginseng seeds. The results showed that with the prolongation of aging time, the germination rate, germination potential, SOD activity and CAT activity of American ginseng seeds all showed a downward trend, and the higher the water content of the seeds, the greater the decline;The seeds with water contents of 3.27% and 5.43%, The soluble sugar content showed a downward trend, and the soluble sugar content of the seeds with a water content of 8.44% showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing;the relative conductivity, MDA content and O2-production rate of American ginseng seeds showed an increasing trend, and the higher the seed water content, the greater increase rates were obtained. The seeds with low water content have relatively strong antioxidant capacity and can resist the stimulation of adverse environment. The seeds with a water content of 3.27% are suitable for the storage.
