地区尖峰负荷优化组合策略研究

摘要 文章转变传统通过增加供给满足尖峰负荷需求的思路,统筹光伏、需求响应和化学储能等源网荷储资源,构建总成本最小的尖峰负荷优化策略模型,并选取3个负荷特性具有明显差异的地区开展算例分析。结果表明:地区尖峰负荷优化策略因负荷特性不同而存在明显差异;不同的优化措施单位成本差别较大,宜以新增光伏装机优先、实施需求响应次之、配置储能兜底作为尖峰负荷经济优化的主要原则;尖峰负荷优化策略组合的单位成本随尖峰负荷优化比例提高而上升,但始终明显低于新增电源和电网的传统方式。该文所提出的尖峰负荷优化组合策略可以经济高效地优化尖峰负荷,有助于电力系统安全、可靠、高效地运行。 Different with the traditional strategies of solving the peak load issue by increasing supply, this study focuses on three strategies for shifting peak load, i.e., new PV installation, demand responses, and chemical energy storage configuration. An optimization model is proposed to find the optimal combination scheme among these three strategies, where the optimization goal is to minimize the total cost of the combination strategies. Three regions with significant differences of peak load are identified to conduct the experimental analysis. The results show that there are significant differences of peak load optimization strategies among the three regions because of the different load characteristics. The cost of each optimization strategy is various. As for these three strategies, the new PV installation is most cost-effective, followed by demand responses and chemical energy storage configuration. Furthermore, the cost of the optimal combination strategies for shifting peak load increases with the increase of peak load optimization ratio. However, the cost of these strategies is lower than that of the traditional ways of increasing power and grid. The optimal combination strategies of peak load proposed in this study can effectively and economically reduce the peak load, thus contributing to the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the power system.
