介绍了由中国石化工程建设有限公司(SEI)开发的固定床加氢工艺技术在某公司柴油加氢精制装置的应用,并对该技术的工艺原理、工艺特点、反应条件、原料及产品性质和能耗等方面进行了说明,最后对该装置存在的部分问题进行了分析及优化处理。

The application of fixed bed hydrogenation technology developed by Sinopec Engineering Incorporation(SEI)on diesel hydrofining plant of a company is introduced.The technological principle,technological features,reaction conditions,properties of raw materials and products and the energy consumption are described.Part of the problems existing in the devices are analyzed and optimized.
