锰改性凹凸棒土催化氧化降解亚甲基蓝

Catalytic oxidation with manganese modified attapulgite for degradation of methylene blue

摘要 采用等体积浸渍法在凹凸棒土上负载锰,对凹凸棒土和改性凹凸棒土进行表征。表征结果显示,改性温度为500℃时,凹凸棒土表面孔道结构蓬松,比表面积更大。以锰改性凹凸棒土作为催化剂、H_(2)O_(2)作为氧化剂,催化氧化处理模拟亚甲基蓝废水,处理100 mL初始质量浓度为100 mg/L的亚甲基蓝溶液的最佳工艺条件为反应温度45℃,催化剂加入量0.15 g,H_(2)O_(2)加入量4 mL,溶液pH=12。催化剂的重复使用性能较好,第4次使用亚甲基蓝降解率仍达到89%左右。 Manganese was loaded on attapulgite by equal volume impregnation method,and the attapulgite and modified attapulgite were characterized.The characterization results show that when the modification temperature is 500℃,the pore structure on the surface of attapulgite is fluffy and the specific surface area is larger.Using the manganese modified attapulgite as catalyst and H_(2)O_(2) as oxidant,the simulated methylene blue wastewater was treated by catalytic oxidation.The optimum process conditions for treating methylene blue solution with volum of 100 mL and initial mass concentration of 100 mg/L are as follows:reaction temperature 45℃,catalyst amount 0.15 g,H_(2)O_(2) amount is 4 mL,solution pH 12.The catalyst has good reusability,and the degradation rate of methylene blue is still about 89%after the fourth use.
