石化污水收集与处理环节挥发性有机物排放特征与反应活性 被引量:3

Emission characteristics and reactivity of volatile organic compounds from petrochemical wastewater collection and treatment process

摘要 以某石化企业污水收集和处理环节(9个环节)为研究对象,对各污染源进行了采样和全组分分析,明确了组成特征和优势物种,并基于羟基自由基损失速率法和最大增量反应活性法开展了光化学反应活性和臭氧生成潜势的研究。化工污水处理厂的主要VOCs组分为芳香烃,质量分数为63.3%;其余环节以烷烃为主,质量分数为38.1%~82.3%。酸性水预处理装置和烯烃(乙烯、丁二烯)装置污水池是需重点控制环节。戊烷(正戊烷、异戊烷)、甲基环戊烷、环己烷、甲基环己烷、2-甲基庚烷、乙烯、丙烯、丁烯(1-丁烯、顺-2-丁烯和反-2-丁烯)、丁二烯、异戊二烯、戊烯、苯、甲苯和二甲苯是需优先管控的臭氧活性物种。 Taking the wastewater collection and treatment processes (9 processes) in a petrochemical facility as the research object,sampling and full component analysis were carried out for each pollution source.The corresponding composition characteristics and key species were confirmed.The photochemical reaction activity and ozone formation potential were studied based on hydroxyl radical loss stall rate method and maximum incremental reaction activity method.Aromatics dominates VOCs in petrochemical wastewater treatment plant,contributing 63.3%(w) of total VOCs while alkane is the largest VOCs fraction of other wastewater collection and treatment processes,accounting for 38.1%-82.3%(w) of VOCs.The sewage tank in sour water pretreatment unit and olefin (ethylene,butadiene) production unit are the key control points.The ozone active species to be preferentially controlled are pentane (n-pentane,iso-pentane),methylcyclopentane,cyclohexane,methylcyclohexane,2-methylheptane,ethylene,propylene,butene (1-butene,cis-2-butene,and trans-2-butene),butadiene,isoprene,pentene,benzene,toluene,and xylene.
