PPP项目中契约功能对社会资本方关系行为的影响研究

The Effect of Contractual Functions on Social Capital Party’s Relationship Behavior in Public-Private Partnership(PPP)Projects

为深入探讨PPP项目中契约功能如何影响社会资本方关系行为,构建以PPP契约功能(契约控制、协调及适应)、社会资本方信任(善意信任、能力信任)和资产专用性对其关系行为影响的概念模型,对181份有效问卷进行实证检验。结果表明:PPP契约控制、协调和适应均对善意信任、能力信任具有显著的正向影响;善意信任和能力信任对关系行为具有显著正向影响;善意信任与能力信任在PPP契约控制、协调和适应与关系行为中均起中介作用;资产专用性对善意信任与关系行为的影响具有正向调节作用,对能力信任与关系行为的影响具有负向调节作用。

To deeply explore how contractual functions affects relationship behavior of the social capital party in PPP projects,a conceptual model based on the influence of PPP contractual functions(contractual control,coordination,and adaptation),trust(goodwill trust,competence trust),and asset specificity on relationship behavior is constructed and empirically tested on 181 valid questionnaires.The results show that PPP contractual control,coordination and adaptation have a significant positive impact on goodwill and competence trust;goodwill and competence trust have a significant positive impact on relationship behavior;goodwill and competence trust both play a mediating role in the relationship between PPP contractual control,coordination,adaptation and relational behavior;asset specificity has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between goodwill trust and relationship behavior,and a negative moderating effect on the relationship between competence trust and relationship behavior.The research results may enrich the relevant theories of PPP contract management,help to better understand contractual functions,and provide references for the government to implement corresponding strategies to improve the relationship behaviors based on project scenarios.
