摘要
文中分析了某炼化企业生产航空煤油时抗静电剂加剂单耗、储存时间、不同添加剂间的影响因素,总结了航空煤油生产时抗静电剂的最优加剂单耗及电导率随着时间的变化情况,在航空煤油生产过程中通过优化加剂单耗、合理规划储存时间等措施,达到降低航空煤油生产过程中加剂成本的目的。结果表明,加剂单耗降低至0.6 mg/L时,可降低加剂成本25%。
This paper analyzed the influence factors of unit consumption of adding antistatic agent, storage time and different additives during production of aviation kerosene in a refining and chemical enterprise, summarized the optimal unit consumption of antistatic agent in the process of aviation kerosene production and the changes of aviation kerosene conductivity, it was concluded that, in the process of aviation kerosene production, it can realize the goal of reducing the additive cost in the production process of aviation kerosene by optimizing the additive storage unit consumption, reasonable planning of storage time. The results showed that when the unit consumption was reduced to 0.6 mg/L, the dosage cost could be reduced by 25%.
