摘要
某石化公司50×10^(4)t/a裂解汽油加氢装置脱C5塔和汽提塔塔顶2股尾气设计排放至火炬,造成500 kg/h的H、烃类物料损失。在多年生产运行数据基础上,对裂解汽油加氢装置气相物料排放情况进行信息采集、细致分析、模拟计算,通过实施工艺技措对尾气进行回收,将加氢装置尾气回收至裂解气压缩机,进而对组分进行分离达到尾气综合利用的目的。
The two stream exhaust gas from the overhead of the depentanizer tower and the stripping tower of a 50×10^(4)t/a cracking gasoline hydrogenation unit of a petrochemical company was designed to be discharged into the flare, resulting in loss of 500 kg/h Hand hydrocarbon materials. Based on years of production operation data, technical personnel conducted information collection,detailed analysis, simulation on the discharge situation of gas phase material of cracking gasoline hydrogenation unit, recovered the exhaust gas through the implementation of technological measures to the cracking gas compressor, thus to achieve the goal of comprehensive utilization of exhaust gas by components separation.
