摘要
氢能资源主要来自化石燃料制氢、电解水制氢及工业副产氢,工业副产氢易得且价廉,是生产燃料电池H的主要原料。介绍了炼油厂燃料电池H生产系统实际应用现状。着重介绍了某炼化公司以乙苯脱氢尾气为氢能原料,采用耦合变压吸附(PSA)技术生产燃料电池H的工业应用情况,指出工艺系统及设备存在的制约因素,并展望了多通道旋转阀PSA及大充装能力加氢柱的发展趋势。
Hydrogen energy resources mainly come from fossil fuel hydrogen production, water electrolysis hydrogen production and industrial hydrogen byproduct. Industrial hydrogen byproduct is easy to obtain and cheap, which is the main raw material for hydrogen production of fuel cells. This paper introduced the practical application status of hydrogen production system for fuel cell in refinery, introduced emphatically the industrial application of coupled pressure swing adsorption(PSA) technology in hydrogen production of fuel cell using ethylbenzene dehydrogenation tail gas as hydrogen energy raw material in a refining and chemical company, pointed out the constraints of the process system and equipmen, and prospected the development trend of PSA multichannel rotary valve and hydrogenation column with large charging capacity.
