摘要
胺液一般用于石化、天然气等行业用于脱除酸性气体,如H_(2)S、CO_(2)等,在长期使用中因降解或混入杂质,导致胺液出现脱硫脱碳能力下降、发泡、设备腐蚀等系列问题。为改善胺液状况,需对胺液进行净化复活。针对胺液净化中涉及的技术手段主要有蒸馏回收、离子交换、电渗析、3级过滤等,设备通常为撬装设施,服务于现场,所述现场通常为生产防爆区。设施的安全运行是确保胺液净化服务正常进行,胺液恢复性能的重要前提。文中结合现场运行状况对胺液净化过程,通过设施安全运行因素、公用工程保证、日常运行管理维护3个方面,对设施的安全运行进行评价及分析。
Amine solution is generally used in petrochemical, natural gas and other industries to remove acidic gases, such as HS_(2),CO_(2), etc. Due to the degradation or mixed with impurities in the long-period use, it will result in the decrease of desulfurization and decarbonization ability of amine solution, foaming, equipment corrosion and other problems. In order to improve the condition of amine solution, it is necessary to purify and revive amine solution. The technology methods involved in amine solution purification mainly included distillation recovery, ion exchange, electrodialysis, three-stage filtration, etc. Commonly the skid mounted equipment was served at the production explosion-proof area. The safe operation of facilities was an important prerequisite to ensure the normal operation of amine purification service and amine recovery performance. In this paper, the amine purification process was evaluated and analyzed from three aspects: safe operation factors of facilities, guarantee of utilities and daily operation management and maintenance.
