摘要
基于工程总承包单位的定位与工程总承包项目的任务要求,比较EPC项目由设计单位牵头和由施工单位牵头两种不同管理模式下的区别,重点分析设计单位牵头的联合体管理模式,并从组织架构、运行机制、冲突化解等方面提出如何有效融合设计、施工力量,扬长避短,最终实现联合体价值的最大化发挥。
Based on the positioning of the EPC contractor and the task requirements of the EPC project,this paper compares the differences between the two different management modes of the EPC project led by the design unit and led by the construction unit,focuses on the analysis of the consortium management mode led by the design unit,and proposes how to effectively integrate the design and construction forces from the aspects of organizational structure,operation mechanism and conflict resolution,and finally maximize the value of the consortium.
