立足纠正价值偏移完善高职院校科研项目管理激励机制的创新研究

Research on Improving the Incentive Mechanism of Scientific Research Project Management in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Correction of Value Deviation

目前,高职院校科研项目管理中,价值观念的多元化对新时期的科研管理有着重大影响,实际工作中的贯彻层面存在偏差。本文从科研导向、立项审查、鉴定形式、价值转化四个方面指出科研价值重心偏移问题,并从高职院校科研的本质、主体、奖惩等方面,解决高职院校科研项目管理价值偏移,完善激励机制的创新研究。运用科学的管理方法,建立合理的激励机制,及时发现其存在的问题和价值偏移,审慎提出解决办法,有效调动科研人员的积极性,更好地服务于科研工作,提升科研整体水平,促进科研项目管理的效能提升。

At present,the diversity of values plays a great role in the scientific research project management in higher vocational colleges,leading to the deviation in the process of implementation.This paper aims to point out the deviation of scientific research value from the aspects of scientific research orientation,project examination,identification form and value transformation.It also puts forward some solutions in terms of its essence,main body as well as rewards and punishments with the intention of improving the incentive mechanism.Scientific management should be applied to set up reasonable incentive mechanism.Another solution is to identify the existing problems and value deviation in time and to propose corresponding solutions prudently.Besides,scientific research personnel should be motivated so that they can do scientific work better.All solutions above will contribute to enhancing the whole scientific level and promoting the efficiency of scientific management.
