百万扩招背景下高职教学质量监控的探析

Analysis of Higher Vocational Teaching Quality Monitoring under the Background of Enrollment Expansion of One Million

高职院校落实百万扩招任务后,必须主动适应技术技能人才多样化培养需要,建立健全教学质量监控体系,保证人才培养质量,确保质量型扩招,是高职扩招的首要任务和根本要求。本文从教学质量监控应遵循的基本原则,深入分析高职扩招后教学质量监控存在的主要问题,并提出解决问题的建议和对策,为今后高职扩招教学质量的保障提供参考。

After fulfilling the task of enrolling one million,higher vocational colleges must actively adapt to the diversified training needs of technical and technical talents,establish and improve the teaching quality monitoring system,ensure the quality of talent training,and ensure quality expansion is the primary task and fundamental requirement of higher vocational enrollment.This paper analyzes the main problems of teaching quality monitoring after the expansion of higher vocational education from the basic principles that should be followed in the monitoring of teaching quality,and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to solve the problems,so as to provide reference for the guarantee of the teaching quality of higher vocational expansion in the future.
