本科层次职业教育新商科电子商务专业《客户关系管理》实践教学研究

Research on Practical Teaching of New Business in Vocational Education at Undergraduate Level--Take E-commerce Major“Customer Relationship Management”as an Example

摘要 疫情为电商企业带来重大的发展机会,同时在本科层次职业教育新商科教育背景时代,电子商务企业对人才提出了更高的需求,这说明对学生的综合素质的要求比过去更高。研究探索本科层次职业教育新商课实践教学尤为重要,本文比较新商科和传统商科的区别与联系,分析《客户关系管理》课程的特点、现状和建设思路,提出思政教学实践、研讨式教学法、案例教学法、课赛结合教学法、情景教学法的实践教学方法。 The epidemic situation for e-commerce enterprises attracted significant development opportunities.At the same time in the undergraduate level of vocational education background of new business education era,e-commerce enterprises put forward a higher demand for talent,which shows that the requirements for students’comprehensive quality is higher than in the past.It is very important to study and explore the practical teaching of new business courses in undergraduate vocational education.This paper compares the differences and connections between new business subjects and traditional business subjects,analyzes the characteristics,current situation and construction ideas of the course of“Customer Relationship Management”,and puts forward the practical teaching methods of ideological and political teaching practice,discussion-based teaching method,case teaching method,class-match teaching method and situational teaching method.
