摘要
茶文化是中国优秀传统文化的重要组成部分。高职院校旅游管理专业开设茶艺与茶文化课程有利于传承中华优秀传统文化,提高学生的文化自信,并可以通过考取茶艺师证书,提高学生的职业竞争力。茶艺与茶文化进高职院校旅游管理专业课堂的具体路径和方向包括开设茶艺与茶文化理论课培养学生中国优秀茶文化自信,开设茶艺实践操作课传承中国茶文化表演艺术,策略构建要注重以下几个方面:紧扣文化自信,发挥茶文化的育人功能,融入具体的思想教育工作;组织茶文化实践,充分发挥校园文化的育人功能;顺应时代发展要求,结合“赛证融通”,为“1+X”证书提供更多选择。
Tea culture is an important part of China’s excellent traditional culture.Offering tea art and tea culture courses in tourism management major in higher vocational colleges are conducive to inheriting Chinese excellent traditional culture,improving students’cultural self-confidence,and improving students’professional competitiveness by obtaining tea artist certificate.The specific path and direction of tea art and tea culture into the tourism management professional classroom in higher vocational colleges include setting up tea art and tea culture theory courses to cultivate students’confidence in Chinese excellent tea culture,setting up tea art practice courses to inherit Chinese tea culture and performing art.The strategy construction should pay attention to the following aspects:closely adhering to cultural confidence and giving full play to the educational function of tea culture,integrate into specific ideological education work;organize the practice of tea culture and give full play to the educational function of campus culture;comply with the development requirements of the times and provide more choices for“1+X”certificates in combination with“competition certificate financing”.
