摘要 从黄河流域当前能源结构、能源产业发展与生态环保现状分析出发,探讨并回答了在我国“双碳”目标下以及黄河流域生态保护与高质量发展战略中,黄河流域能源产业要实现转型升级所面临的煤炭资源往哪里去、清洁能源从哪里来、能源开发利用过程中生态环保工作怎么做的三大核心问题;探索提出了区域内大型综合能源企业新形势下高质量发展的努力方向与转型途径,即:充分利用区域能源资源优势和良好的产业链基础,通过推进煤炭绿色开采、打造综合电力能源系统、发展现代煤化工产业,实现化石能源清洁化、清洁能源规模化、能源供应融合化发展,并以节能降碳为总抓手实现科学降碳与生态环保协同增效的绿色低碳转型。 Based on the analysis of the current energy structure,energy industry development and current ecological environmental protection situation in the Yellow River basin,this paper discusses and answers three core questions including where the coal resources go,where the clean energy comes from and how to protect the ecological environment during the process of energy development and utilization faced by the energy industry in the Yellow River basin to realize the transformation and upgrading under China’s carbon peak and carbon neutralization goals and the strategy of ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River basin,explores and proposes the direction and transformation paths of high-quality development for large-scale comprehensive energy enterprises in the Yellow River basin region under the new situation,which concludes that these energy enterprises should make full use of the advantages of regional energy resources and good industrial chain foundation to promote green coal mining,build a comprehensive electric energy system and develop modern coal chemical industry,so as to realize the targets such as clean development of fossil energy,the large-scale development of clean energy and the integrated development of energy supply,as well as focus to realize the green and low-carbon transformation of scientific carbon reduction and ecological and environmental protection synergy by taking energy conservation and carbon reduction as the overall.
