摘要
为了改善矿工的不安全行为,从安全管理者领导风格角度出发,以矿工不安全心理为中介变量,基于山西省4个煤矿的183份有效问卷数据,研究安全管理者不同领导风格对矿工不安全行为的影响机制。结果显示:安全管理者不同领导风格对矿工不安全行为影响存在差异,其中,安全管理者的独裁型、辱虐型和放任型领导风格均负向影响矿工不安全行为,仁慈型和交易型领导风格均正向影响矿工不安全行为,但影响大小存在差异性;5种领导风格均对矿工的不安全心理存在显著影响。
In order to improve the unsafe behaviors of miners, on the basis of 183 valid questionnaire data from four coal mines in Shanxi, this paper studies the influence mechanism of different leadership styles of safety managers on the unsafe behaviors of miners from the perspective of the leadership style of safety managers and by taking the unsafe psychology of miners as the intermediary variable. The results show that different leadership styles of safety managers have different effects on miners’ unsafe behaviors, among them, autocratic, abusive and laissez-faire leadership styles of safety managers have negative effects on miners’ unsafe behaviors, while benevolent and transactional leadership styles have positive effects on miners’ unsafe behaviors, but the impact is different. All of the five leadership styles have significant impact on the miners’ unsafe psychology.
