注塑成型条件对无规共聚透明料雾度的影响研究

摘要 雾度是评价透明料品质的重要指标,生产中除生产工艺会对透明料雾度产生影响外,注塑加工条件也是重要的影响因素,最佳的注塑成型条件不仅能有效地降低制品的雾度,还能避免制品内部缺陷的产生。以国能榆林化工有限公司生产的K4925、K4918牌号无规共聚透明料为试验物料,采用控制变量法探究了在注塑成型过程中熔体温度、注射压力、保压时间、注射速度、冷却时间、模温等条件对雾度的影响,并确定了最佳注塑条件。试验结果显示,当熔体温度200℃、注射压力55 MPa、注射速度190 mm/s、保压压力50 MPa、保压时间40 s、模温40℃、冷却时间为8 s时,能够更加真实地反映出无规共聚透明料的雾度。 Haze is an important index to evaluate the quality of transparent material. In addition to the production process, the injection molding processing condition is also an important factor on the haze of transparent material. The best injection molding conditions can not only effectively reduce the haze, but also avoid the internal defects of the product. Taking K4925 and K4918 random copolymer transparent material produced by China Energy Yulin Chemical Co., Ltd. as test material, the influences of melt temperature, injection pressure, holding time, injection speed, cooling time, mold temperature and other conditions on the haze in the process of injection molding are studied by control variable method, and the best injection molding conditions are determined. The experimental results show that when the melt temperature is 200 °C, the injection pressure is 55 MPa, the injection speed is 190 mm/s, the pressure holding pressure is 50 MPa, the pressure holding time is 40 s, the mold temperature is 40 °C, and the cooling time is 8 s, the haze of the random copolymer transparent material can be more truly reflected.
