“科研能力训练”课程的教学设计及其对农科本科生的培养效果 被引量:4

摘要 科研能力训练能够培养本科生的创新意识与创新思维,激发学生的科研潜能,有利于学生选择未来的研究方向,是高校培养高素质创新型人才的重要方式。以浙江大学应用生物科学专业“科研能力训练”实践课程为例,总结其在教学内容、教学方法和评价指标等方面的创新,并从毕业生去向和高水平论文发表这两个方面对该课程的人才培养效果进行了调查分析。结果表明,该课程取得了良好的教学效果,特别是在提高学生综合素质与培养科研人才方面具有重要的意义,为今后农科本科生创新性综合实践能力培养课程的开展提供了借鉴。 Scientific research ability training can cultivate the innovative consciousness and innovative thinking of undergraduates,stimulate the scientific research potential of agricultural students,and help students choose future research directions.It is an important way for universities to cultivate high-quality innovative talents.This paper took the practical course"Scientific Research Ability Training"for applied biological sciences at Zhejiang University as an example,summarized its innovations in teaching content and methods,as well as evaluation indicators.It also investigated and analyzed the talent training effect of this course from the two aspects of graduates entering higher education and high-level papers publication.The results showed that the course had a good teaching effect,especially in improving the comprehensive quality of students and cultivating scientific research talents.It provided a reference for the development of innovative comprehensive practical ability training courses for agricultural undergraduates in the future.
