知识深度如何影响高校知识创新绩效?

How Does the Depth of Knowledge Affect the Academic Entrepreneurship Performance of University?

研究知识深度对高校知识创新绩效的影响以及知识宽度、知识搜索和知识重用的曲线调节作用能为高校知识创新绩效和能力提升提供参考。基于33所高校2011—2020年公开的专利数据,构建固定效应层级回归分析模型,分析知识深度对高校知识创新绩效的影响曲线以及知识宽度、知识搜索和知识重用的曲线调节作用。研究发现,知识深度对高校知识创新绩效存在显著正向影响,但不呈现像企业那样的倒U型关系;知识宽度、知识搜索在知识深度和高校知识创新绩效的响应关系曲线中起显著的负向调节作用;当知识宽度、知识搜索负向调节作用显现时,知识重用的正向调节也会随之凸显。

The research on the influence of knowledge depth on knowledge innovation performance of universities and the curved-regulating effect of knowledge width,knowledge search and knowledge reuse can provide a reference for the improvement of knowledge innovation performance and ability of universities.Based on the patent data published by 33 universities in 2011-2020,a fixed effect hierarchical regression analysis model was established to study the influence of knowledge depth on the performance of academic entrepreneurship in colleges and universities,as well as the curve regulation of knowledge width,knowledge search and knowledge reuse.The results showed that knowledge depth has a significant positive impact on the knowledge innovation performance of universities,but it does not show the inverted U-shaped relationship like that of enterprises.Knowledge breadth and knowledge search play a significant negative moderating role in the response curve between knowledge depth and knowledge innovation performance of universities.When the negative moderating effect of knowledge width and knowledge search appears,the positive moderating effect of knowledge reuse will also be prominent.
