摘要
基于2003—2018年省级面板数据,先借助熵值法对农业高质量发展水平进行测算,再采用空间面板模型和中介模型考察农业技术创新对农业高质量发展影响及其同群效应与中介效应。研究发现:农业技术创新对农业高质量发展具有显著的促进作用;同时,农业技术创新不仅对本地区农业高质量发展表现为促进作用,而且对毗邻地区的农业高质量发展同样具有显著促进作用,即存在同群效应;机制分析表明,农业技术创新通过促进农地规模经营而间接推动农业高质量发展。由此,建议通过加强农业技术创新、建立区域之间交流协作体系以及强化农地规模经营的路径依赖等举措,推动农业高质量发展进程。
Based on the provincial panel data from 2003 to 2018,the entropy method was used to calculate the level of high-quality agricultural development,and then the spatial panel model and intermediary model were used to investigate the impact of agricultural technological innovation on high-quality agricultural development and its peer effect and intermediary effect.It is found that agricultural technological innovation can significantly promote the high-quality development of agriculture.At the same time,agricultural technological innovation not only promotes the high-quality development of agriculture in this area,but also significantly promotes the high-quality development of agriculture in neighboring areas,that is,the existence of peer effect;Mechanism analysis shows that agricultural technological innovation indirectly promotes the high-quality development of agriculture by promoting the scale management of agricultural land.Therefore,it is suggested that measures such as strengthening agricultural technological innovation,establishing regional exchange and cooperation system and strengthening the path dependence of farmland scale management can promote the high-quality development of agriculture.
