摘要
构建基于众包的制造业“互联网+”研发体系新模式是解决企业产品创新研发瓶颈的可行途径。在分析新市场及技术环境下产品创新研发瓶颈因素及产品众包设计潜力优势的基础上,阐述了解决众包设计过程稳定收敛问题的必要性和面向高质效产品创新研发的众包设计过程管控的内涵,构建了支撑技术体系框架;贯穿产品众包设计全过程,提出了众包设计流程建模与设计质量形成过程可视化感知、众包设计子任务集的质量需求解耦辨识与聚类分包、协作团队的设计质量目标实现鲁棒评估与配置优化等5项关键技术;搭建了众包设计过程管控原型系统并开展了初步应用验证,为第三方众包服务平台优化产品众包设计过程提供参考,助力企业产品创新研发。
Crowdsourcing based Internet plus research and development mode is one of the most potential solutions to solve the bottleneck problem of product innovation,research and development.Based on analyzing the bottleneck factors of product innovation,research and development under the new market and technology environment and the corresponding potential advantages of product crowdsourcing design,the necessity of solving the problem of stable convergence in crowdsourcing design process was discussed,and the connotation of process control for product crowdsourcing design was expounded.A key technology system framework was constructed.Focus on the all-lifecycle of product crowdsourcing design,five key technologies such as crowdsourcing design process modeling and quantitative perception of design quality formation process,correlation identification of quality requirements and subcontracting planning for design subtask set,robustness evaluation of design quality realization and configuration optimization for collaborative team were put forward and elaborated.A process control platform for product crowdsourcing design has been built and the preliminary application verification was carried out,which provided a reference for the optimization of the product design service business of the third-party crowdsourcing service platform,and served the innovation,research and development of enterprise products.
